We provide a full bespoke interior design service for whole houses and commercial projects, from conception to completion.
This service is for those who would like support throughout the whole design journey. Lou will use her expertise to draw out your individual personality, loves and inspiration, and craft a whole-project design that is a reflection of you. She will handhold you through the entire project and coordinate with architects and all tradespeople before installing the finished project, ready and waiting for you.
Lou cares about her clients and each project she works on. She designs each home as if it were her own.

How it works
1 - Briefing meeting
We start the collaboration process by really listening to your own design ideas, lifestyle requirements and aspirations for your home.
We get to know you; what you like, what you’re looking to achieve, what inspires you and what you may have seen in other projects that you love. We then set about creating bespoke designs that are a true reflection of you.
4 - Furniture, fixtures & equipment (FF&E)
We source furniture and finishes unique to your project. We can even design these from scratch to create truly bespoke pieces. You get to touch and feel samples to see the detail and quality of the materials we’ve chosen, specifically for you.
We create scaled and rendered drawings to ensure these fit and to show you how your home will look.
2 - Concept design
We then draw on a variety of mediums to create a vision of how we see your home. If our ideas are aligned and you are satisfied with the concepts, we will detail an agreed Design Direction. This is the framework look and feel of your new home.
5 - Project Co-ordination & Installation
We manage all aspects of the construction process from an interior standpoint. We liaise with architects, tradespeople and suppliers, pulling everything together and conducting regular site visits to ensure everything stays on track and any issues are ironed out.
We oversee all interior construction and joinery installation to ensure it matches our designs, and we coordinate deliveries and installation of all FF&E items to give you a home to walk into without any of the stress.
3 - Technical drawings
We produce accurate scaled drawings using CAD, including bespoke joinery and layouts to show you how your home will look. These are industry standard for builders, joiners and specialist tradespeople to work from.
We also specify all finishes, sanitary ware, ironmongery, lighting and kitchen appliances.
6 - Handover
Your new home is now your own. We hand over all instructions for care and use and leave you to enjoy your finished project. We design each home as if it's our own, and we know you'll love it!
